Who we are
Prime Path Solutions Pty Ltd is a founder-led, Sydney-based company. Our team brings a combined 20+ years of industry experience to the platform.
We built Prime Path Connect because we saw operators managing Section 77G, ABF warehouse and DAFF Approved Arrangement conditions the way most of the industry still does — spreadsheets, folders, memory — with no continuous visibility of where they actually stand until an inspector is already on site.
What we built
Prime Path Connect gives Section 77G depot operators, ABF warehouse licence holders and DAFF Approved Arrangement operators a live compliance health score, a structured evidence vault, and regulatory alerts scoped to their specific licence class.
It's built specifically for this regulatory environment — not adapted from a generic compliance product.
Where we are
We're currently building with a founding client cohort. All platform data is hosted on infrastructure based in Sydney, Australia, and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
